I am not happy with my item, can I return it?
You can return your purchase to us, in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. Please contact the department from whom you ordered, and before you return, the item specifying why you wish to return it. Clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (see our Returns/Refunds Policy).
Software items are not bound by a cooling off period if they have been opened and installed. In order to receive a refund under this period items must be returned with original packaging still in tack and unopened.
Consumables (cakes) cannot be refunded unless your order is cancelled up to 3 days prior to the delivery date by calling 0116 230 2263 giving your order reference number and also emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you are returning an item that is not defective or damaged please inform us by post or email within 7 days of the goods being dispatched. You must return the the item to us in the same condition as they arrived, at your own cost.
My item arrived damaged and/or broken
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning the item to us (by refunding your postage cost). Loughborough University will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. Please contact the department from which you ordered the goods, giving your order number and information about the damage to the product. Please note you must contact us immediately if you wish to return an item, we will not accept requests for refunds/returns that are significantly outside the 30 day period.
My product broke soon after arrival. Will you replace it?
You will become the owner of the Goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the Goods have been delivered they will be your responsibility and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
